Firestone Complete Auto Care

Service was great, I called scheduled to come in they said come on in and they were quick and efficient. I was treated very nicely by the young lady at the desk, and she answered my questions and told me of the specials. Atmosphere is nice and facility was clean. Social distancing is being practiced and I was pleased they could service on short notice for my road trip. Will use again in the future. Seymour

Recently visited Firestone on N. Duke Street for oil change and tire rotation. I have been going there for years. Joe one of the Service Techs is always polite and courteous. He has been there for a while and he always says, hello whether he is or is not servicing my vehicle. Justin also greeted me on this visit with his mask of course social distancing and was very helpful as well. Great Team at the N. Duke Street Firestone in Durham NC.

Took over an hour for an oil change. Then they said I needed a part replacement. That took another 20mn. Store was not clean. Rug was very dirty. Service was good tho. Good price for oil change too. That helped..

I've been coming to Firestone on Duke Street here in Durham NC for over 8 years, normally they are really friendly people who work there. Today I came in to get two new tires on my Ford F-150 and the price was not of this world, so they said that they do price match so the tires they were selling me was 248.99 and at NTB on Hillsborough Road here in Durham was 140 per tire. Be careful when you go to Firestone on Duke Street in Durham they will try to screw you over if you let them.

UPDATE 1/21: I had paid for my car to get an oil change in November when I got the tires this is January my car started acting up I take it to one of my friends mechanics they said they did not do the oil change it was horrible so they charge me for an oil change that they didn’t even do and said that they did do this place needs to be shut down they are liars and they are dishonest and they will take your money and not fix anything I plan on taking this as high up as I can....................Took my parents car up here to get a oil change and asked them to look at the water pump bc it over heated one time. They said I needed a new pump $700 to fix. I got the oil change but took the car to another place to get a second opinion and to find a better deal...turns out nothing was wrong with the pump just was low in coolent. So I guess they tell women what ever they want to make money, So dishonest.
