Took forever in line, my sandwich was a mess, lady at payment window was rude, the prices on their menu were completely different than the prices I was charged, and they are the only McDonald’s to ever charge me for adding pickles

Food great and hot! Associate that took my order got it RIGHT, AS WELL AS COOK!! That was a blessing. I was waited on quickly, she was very nice and friendly and SMILED. Thanked me for my comming. BEST VISIT EVER at a McDonalds! THE STORE WAS EVEN BUSY. CANT say that for the one in Roxboro on the blvd.

1. I've never had a pleasant experience here, not that I expect to. This particular night though I arrived at 11:45. Google advertises a 24hrs open, although the location closes at 12 according to the site advertisement. No one in line, I pull to the speaker where the girl asks me for my order. Nothing else was said. Confused, I pull around and of course no one. At this time it is still not 12oclock. I literally knocked on the window and I guess she's the manager, if you can call her that, comes to the window and said that they were closed. She was rude and offered no explanation or consideration. I will not be returning to this location. No thanks

11 minutes in the drive thru... That was just to make MY order. You would think that waiting LONG would mean the food would be fresh. But. No.. you can tell they were preparing to leave early. Slowing down production PURPOSELY in my the hopes of less customers. However that only means the customers that DO show up.... Go through hell just to get what is SUPPOSED to be FAST food. If it wasn't for the fact that myself AND my wife worked doubles today... We'd be inside complaining. Do better.. especially if you guys want more money
