This was my second order in as many weeks. Unfortunately, you dropped the ball this time.nWe ordered two orders of fries, but instead of two orders in one container, which is what you usually do, what came was 2 half orders in separate, smaller containers.nAlso, while the pizza was delivered hot, everything else - fries, boneless wings, and pies - was ALL soggy, and the boneless wings were a little tough. Usually everything is delivered hot and crispy. The store is barely half a mile away from me.nI am EXTREMELY disappointed with you this time around.nIn addition, the driver never even knocked on my door to let me know they were here. I just happened to go into the kitchen and see them pulling out of the driveway.nThis is not a good image for your company, especially since you are the only place in town that delivers.
The last 4 times or so we have ordered from here, the food either came 2.5 hours late, cold/soggy, wrong, missing items, or didn’t come at all. The last time they said they called but our phone never rang, and they supposedly knocked but our front door but the door was wide open and we were all sitting in the living room. When you call they are rude and won’t connect you to the manager when you ask. I will never order from here again.
