Damaged my vehicle when putting my vehicle on the flat bed and when they got it off the flat bed. They had to use dawn dish soap to get my car on the flat bed and to get it off except when I got it off the flatbed the guy put water on the ramp and in the car slid down off of the ramp with out morning and smashed into the brown nose first. Both terry's collision center and AAA of the Carolinas deny responsibility for damages when I have pictures while it was on their flatbed which is before It slid off the flatbed at my house and it had no damage before they towed it. They said that they would fix the damage is at their body shop however I don't trust anybody who denies the fact that they cause damage to vehicle during a tow that was covered by my AAA membership.
