Horrible place employees are rude a'f. They just stand around and gossip instead of help. When witnessing an argument they just stood around and laughed at who would get knocked out first, over actually trying to defuse a situation. I have lived in more states that I can count and this is honestly the worst place I've ever been, Walgreens just needs to shut this location down, cause it can only damage their reputation.

I've been going to this pharmacy for probably 20 years but over the last year it has just gotten worse and worse. The employees (yes this includes the pharmacists) don't even seem like they want to be there and seem irritated to help me. There was even one incident when I had to ask the pharmacy tech to please not take her bad mood out on all of us. My biggest complaint with this entire pharmacy staff is the way they treat my husband when he has to call them. He had major back surgery and has been on narcotic pain meds (along with other meds) since then through a pain management doctor. If for any reason he has any questions about the narcotic meds and has to call every single employee there treats him like a drug addict. I've tried other Walgreens pharmacies in town and they are just as bad. I suggest CVS.... That's where I'm going!

Buyer Beware! I lost $20 by purchasing a Visa gift card as a gift for someone special. When they tried to use it they were advised that the card was not loaded. Despite having a receipt for it, the card had a zero balance when it was presented as payment. The card was rejected at two different locations. Over a week ago, I went in and spoke with the Manager (Eddie). He placed a call and advised that sometimes when a transaction is declined it will be put back on the card after 7 days. He advised that we should wait the time period and check again as Walgreens cannot refund money put on gift cards. After allowing the 7 days and more, I checked the balance on the card and surprisingly it was still $0. I went back to the store to let the Manager know, (as he suggested the week before), but another Manager came and even though was very apologetic he could not do anything to help me. I explained to him that $20 is not a big amount but I still felt cheated. During the time I was speaking to him the other Manager (Eddie) walked by, saw me, and even though he was called over he avoided me and kept walking fast it was obvious he wanted to avoid me. I left them the gift card with the receipt as my gift to them. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT WALGREENS! DO NOT COUNT ON MANAGERS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR YOU!
