I wish there was a way to have a negative star rating. Franchise chain decided to partner up with T-Mobile and have T-Mobile Tuesdays. I ordered my dinner and also take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer which was a additional sandwich for free. The proprietor of this establishment decided that he wasn’t going to grant that offer. Even though the franchise is the one offering this, the owner had his employee tell me that the owner decided that he gave way too many sandwiches today so he was no longer going to except the T-Mobile Tuesday offer. This was expressed to me quit rudely and should not have been. It’s quite embarrassing being that I was purchasing a meal and then taking on the offer as well.nLong story short the owner of this Jimmy John’s location just lost my business. I was purchasing a meal and sides and decided since they were going to treat me so rudely the way that they spoke to me I decided that I no longer would want to purchase anything from this establishment.

The worst customer service and clueless employees. I wasn't greeted after I walked in, but was told to wait 30 minutes for French bread, so I waited. Five minutes later 2 customers ordered French bread sandwiches and received them without any problems. The employees just ignored me and catered to others that walked in after me. After I stood up and said something, an employee began arguing with me. The Thursday night employees at Jimmy John's on skibo should seriously reconsider how to treat customers or risk losing their prestigious fast food job.

They did not make my sandwiches the way I ordered them on the app and tried to say I did not pay for drinks. I had to show them on my phone that I paid for them. Got no apologies.
