Ordered beef stew. I had 5 pieces of beef stew the potatoes were hard (uncooked) the rice was soggy, the cabbage was so hot like they poured a bottle of hot peppers in it. The macaroni was dry and cold like the rest of the food. I didn’t touch the cornbread, I just threw everything in the trash. This is my second time eating here, the last time I spared them a review because I believe in second chances. This is my last time eating here... today $19 down the drain.
Polite service. I had ox tail and it gave me a fever. I felt it creeping up in my system as soon as I left and was driving home. Had severe chills that night and a temperature of 100.3. The fried beans were good. The lemonade was good. The corn bread was tasty .
This food is delicious. Best Mac and cheese I have had from a soul food place. And the collard greens and cabbage omg. You got to try it
The shrimp plate is awesome. Big and juicy pieces that will get you hooked!
1st time trying and we will definitely return. Friendly staff and good food.
