Awesome friendly staff. Convenience and cleanliness is exceptional. The variety of programs keeps the motivation, interest, and encouragement high.
HOTWORX is a unique fitness experience that is exactly what this area needed. The staff is friendly and the facility as always clean. Working out in heat might not seem appealing to some but once you try it, you’re hooked. The isometric classes offer great diversity for toning your whole body or focusing on some problem areas. The HIIT bikes and weight zone are a great addition that gives you easy ways to cross train your workout and reach goals. I love the scheduling app and virtual instructor aspect of the studio most of all plus the fact that they are open 24 hours! Definitely give it a try - first class is free!
I've been coming about 3 weeks and I love it. Cycling and Blast been my favorite so far but I'm looking forward to trying the other classes. Love it!
This is the only workout I actually look forward to!! I love this place so much!! The workouts are perfectly timed and super effective!!! Member for life!!
Awesome way to burn calories plus a small workout area to do something extra. I love the incentives to continue to workout and better yourself.
