There are no classes and no trainers. All while they have a app but to get workout classes you have to pay more even if you're a black member. Which makes no sense because when the gym is fully open its no extra fee for classes .

Their tanning bed light bulbs have been sitting next to the entrance as you walk in for easily 2 months now. The current bulbs are completely shot in the tanning beds and do not even get warm or give you a tan. Interesting being the fact that every time I come in to the location the employees are all standing around talking... seems theres been more than enough time to install the new lights and they just don’t care to.

The two employees working this morning are completely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent of running a gym without a manager. I had an issue and instead of letting me speak to a manager, because supposedly there isn't a manager on Sunday. I ask what they do if there is an issue with no manager they said we call the police if someone tries to put their hands on them. I said police??? Someone putting hands on you??? Where did that come from, no one has threatened you. Then she tried to say it was an issue we had yesterday. Well no wonder this guy supposedly acted the way he did because of the way this gym is run like a circus. Then both employees turned their backs and refused to handle the issue or contact the manager.

A great place to get a quick workout in. Staff was friendly and environment was great! Not to mention the hydro massage, the greatest thing ever! It isn’t as awesome as a real massage but it’s a great alternative!
