We are moving to the area, so decided to drop in and try some vegan/vegetarian items which they seemed to have plenty of. NOT disappointed. The best way I could describe the food is it closely resembled one of the corner mom and pop shops in Queens I grew up on and loved. We were all their “kids” so it was like they were cooking for family. This food tasted authentic and the veggie empanadas were best ever (sorry grandma). Husband devoured the veggie burrito but it had too many peppers for my taste. Yuca tacos were really cute and good. Could have used a sauce, but the salsa verde on the side added a punch. My husband said the horchata was also amazing adding that it was better than my coquito (rude). Will be frequenting often.
Easily some of the best Latin American I’ve ever had. Never disappoints. The tacos, empanadas and enchiladas are delicious and the loaded fries with carnitas is our craving. We love this restaurant we get takeout from here on the regular. Thanks for this wondering local option!!
Our food was excellent. We had quick service from hostess, bartender and waitress. Reasonable prices on all items.
This is my new obsession, the bean & cheese pupusas are amazing with the cordito and salsa. The yucca taco is delicious. I love the platano maduro. The tostones with the chipotle aoli is fantastic, and who can say no to churros. One of these days I'll get the nachos but for now I'm too obsessed with the pupusas and platano maduro
I had the pupusas and they were good! They don’t skimp on the alcohol in their drinks. Thats a huge plus!
