Cashier very helpful she usually work at the first register beautiful black cashier.

Went to get my passport photo taken here. And had to drive to raleigh for my passport and was told my photos from walgreens were to small. So I go back to walgreens for a refund and got nothing but attitude. Called the manager and the guy said there was nothing he could do. ud83dude21

We go to Walgreens because of the benefits of being nationwide since we travel a lot as I’m a nurse that travels for work often. Never have I ever had such a bad experience as I did here. I called about my hubby’s RX the day we left WI to visit my son in NC for Christmas cause I knew he would need it on drive home. The day I called they were rude as hell and I understand that you probably have people abusing Oxycodone or whatever but you don’t need to make people feel that way. My hubby was in a horrible car accident and has poles and major hardware in his legs/pelvis. We are not only lucky he’s alive but lucky he is walking. They said we can’t use rx saver for this tho we did in AZ just fine on multiple occasions. So Saturday comes the day we are picking them up and they tell us it will be 1.5 hours but we need to get on road. Never have we ever had to wait 1.5 hours and we are trying to get on road as I have to work tomorrow!!!! So then I ask them to have them in a hour and they say they will try. We get there and the people are again rude, telling me I have to come in or it’ll be another 20 minutes. When I go in they make me still wait ten minutes but people are in their phones, laughing, showing pics on FB like come on. Y’all busy but doing what u want and it’s affecting me getting on road to WI. I’ll be contacting corporate about this all.

Called less than an hour before closing and the associate that answered the phone Ms. Wanda placed me on hold then looked for exactly what I wanted and had the product at the front when I arrived. Ms. Wanda didn't have just one but both of the named product that I called about. I could not have asked for or desired a more pleasant experience as she was polite and professional the entire short interactions I had with her first on the phone and then in person!!

Walgreens has called me to make sure I don't miss a refill, and make sure I didn't forget. why else would they call. Great servicennI DON'T KNOW WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE GIVING BAD REVIEWS, I CAN ONLY GUESS SOME IS TRYING TO DO THIS ON A PERSONAL LEVEL. REVENGE IS A BAD THING AND the Bible THE WORD OF GOD SPEAKS AGAINST IT. PLEASE GO FOR YOURSELF AND SEE THAT THESE BAD REVIEWS ARE NOT TRUE, I pray that one person who does this and gets others to commit God will deal with them.nnWalgreens is and has been my goto for many years. Great friendly people and good servicennI always GET excellent service . I get the correct medicine and a pharmacist always ask if I need education on the medication I'm taking. They are fast and reliable. I recommend anyone to visit and see for yourself. It is much better than waiting inline at Walmarts. Though Walmart is good as well it is jus to crowded . THE PRICES ARE AS GOOD AS WALMARTS AS WELL.
