When they run out of your meds they just substitute it with a different brand without even telling you. Open the pill bottle the pill be a different color and size and you have to take a different dose talking about it's the same just not brand name!! I should have a choice if I want generic or not if you don't have the medication just say so point blank I can go to another Walgreens!!

This is my personal Walgreen's. I'm in here at least monthly. Lately it's been more and they're the covid wonderwall. They have skills. So many interesting science's coming together to create safety.

I went to the store to get some baby Tylenol for my six month old daughter is running a fever. I got to the store at 9:05 PM with my daughter in tow, Went up to the register to pay and was refused a sale because I only had cash and her manager had already closed out the till. Mind you this is 55 minutes before they close, my daughter is sick and running a 102 fever and I was refused the medication that my 6 month old daughter needed. I never write reviews but I have never been more outraged in my life. It’s not like I was buying something silly that I could wait in for another day I was buying medication for my sick child and the staff didn’t want to be inconvenienced. Shame on you guys and I will never shop at another Walgreens again!

Went in yesterday to the pharmacy to get an RX filled. That was a decent experience. Today I called in my sons RX. Spent 10 mins on hold for someone to to come on and say they didn’t have it. Search and wait another 5-7 mins. They then said it would be ready at 3pm. Went through the drive threw at 315 just to sit there for 25 mins to pick it up. I watched 3 other people in line get checked in and out in the time I spent waiting.
