I set an appointment online to get a quick service. When I entered the building everyone was super nice and was greeted even if they were on the phone. The lines were ringing off the hook & line out the door. They moved quickly and did an amazing job assisting and greeting clients as they were coming in. Geary was amazing! He assisted me with my needs and was super professional! He made me feel so welcomed and appreciated customer! Will most definitely return! Thank you all for what you do!

I spoke with Geary on the phone and he was great! He got me in and out! He was very pleasant on the phone and even better in person! He took great care of me and my daughter. I can really tell he knows what he is doing! And my hat off to Toby who did my tire repair and looked over my vehicle. I definitely will be coming back if I need anything further done to my car. I also met the store manager Orlando and he was as great as his team!

Fair prices for oil changes and tires. Make sure to check for coupons, there’s always $ off of services. I originally scheduled a high mileage oil change, but left with a little bit more than I anticipated on spending. Shannon was very intuitive on items that I had questions about and was very thorough. Thanks Shannon!! They accept 2 part payments just in case you don’t have all the money on one card. This Pep Boys is my go to for all my future oil changes. Thanks Team! You rock!!nnEdit: No point on scheduling an appointment. Appt was for 11:30am for oil change and inspection, they’re just now at 1pm pulling up my vehicle on the rack. Cancelled the oil change and just got the inspection. Ridiculous. Appointments are a joke here.

If I could give them zero Stars I would, I came in this place today before schedule an appointment to Simply put on a front splitter for my charger. It's literally as simple as lifting it in the air just enough to set the splitter in place and then screw it in. I don't have a low Jack or jack stands or I would have done it myself. So why would the customer service manager tell me her guys are capable of doing the job but then the mechanic turn around and tell me he just doesn't feel like doing it or he says he's not qualified to do the job? He literally just didn't want to do it. Simple 5 to 10 minute job. Just a waste of time for me.

Love this store! Every time I come in they are able to help my not car knowable self get exactly what I need without adding on all the “extras” many shops love to include. Today it was Triple T (aka Tire Tech Toby) who serviced my car. I’m always able to drive up and say “my car is doing this thing, can you fix it??” and it’s fixed correctly and quickly. We also had the pleasure of meeting Big Sarge (Geary) who provided some valuable insight on service my car will need soon. Now I know what I need, what to budget, and how much time to allot. Love the military discount they add every time too. It’s a little thing that means a lot to our family’s budget.
