Worst experience I’ve ever had with the car dealership, so unprofessional it made my head spin. It stared with not even getting a tracking number after my $71 purchase of a Simple car part, it continued with no help and being lied to that my package was on its way. Not only was my package not on its way but it had not even been sent out yet! I had to bug this company to just get a tracking number just to find out they never sent out my package. If you do not want to do your jobs at the best of your abilities then quit and go home! People who take others money and do nothing in return are called thieves! And don’t you dare blame this on UPS! Take RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES!

It would be zero if I had the choice. Sent wrong part, didn't answer email or phone message with regard to wrong part.
