Tire House

I had went there to price tires and a front end alignment. The Manager was so professional and very helpful. I took my truck back to have he work done and was treated like I was really important to them. The lady at the counter was very professional also, they made me feel like family to that shop. Most places will try to sell you stuff that you don't actually need, but they were concerned about getting your vehicle fixed at an affordable price. I will be going back for all of my tire needs, etc. I will also be recommending the Tire House to all my friends and associates. As far as I am concern, a lot of the other tire shops need to close down and send their customers over to the Tire House on Yadkin Road. Tire House, you are Number One. My wife and I went to get tires on our truck. The staff was nice and the work got done in a timely manner. We spent 700 dollars on tires and were only told after the fact that there was no warranty on the tires. We were told that they could not find any information for warranty on the type of tires that put on the truck. They never gave us a choice or selection of what tires were available. Other than that everything was ok.

I definitely recommend this place. We went for a wheel alignment and balance. We were greeted by Crystal with friendly service and professionalism. The manager Zach was great as well helped us to understand the process as well as providing excellent service.
