Went in a hour before they closed to buy a bike. They were extremely helpful in completing my transaction with no sense of rushing. I told them what I wanted and they didn't question it. I came in the very next day and had the bike triple checked by their mechanics. Extremely happy with the mechanic work and customer service. Will definitely return and refer.

Recently bought a bike from flip my Cycle I had the bike a couple of weeks then my headlight and blinker went out. Brandon at flip m Cycle repaired the issue with no charges under their 30 day warranty. Bike has been outstanding mechanically. Best service department in fayetteville. I highly recommend them.

We actually went to the area to look at a bike someone was selling but they bailed. Ended up here and left with two bikes! Awesome people and extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They made the process so easy & we had plenty of laughs while there. Loved everything about this place. Thank y’all so much for being real!! Places like this are hard to come by!

They baited me with a cheaper bike. Spent hours in there,just to be called 5 minutes before they close and be told that the bike I went in there to get,has mechanical problems and it could be a month or longer before I can get it. They gave me to more bikes to pick from,1 stock # didn't exist and the other was about 3,500 more dollars than I went in there to spend. Wasn't trying to pay alot of money for the bike in the 1st place. Not saying I won't go back,cause it could be a fluke.
