Take 5 Oil Change

Inexperienced technicians. Put cap on and stripped the threading on previous oil change. Went back to get new oil change.. Waited an hour for them to get cap off to do oil change. Could NOT get cap off. Was given a form stating that they would reimburse me to get my oil change somewhere else. I got my oil change done at Jeep. Went back with the receipt and keep getting put off. Still not reimbursed. Shady business and manager. If you're the manager and reading this review YOU STILL OWE ME $88.00 ... AND DON'T TELL ME AGAIN YOU WILL EXPEDITE MY REIMBURSEMENT...

I only waited about 15 to 20 minutes to get in. The staff was very friendly and helped explain every step. I mentioned I didn't have my hearing aids in and the technician helping me took time to be sure I understood everything she was saying. It was a great experience!!

Walter is amazing! He is so friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He showed me my new oil level and verified everything with me. He made me feel so comfortable. The staff was quick and thorough. Love it. Great way to start the year.

It was my first time getting an oil change with my new car and without my partner so I was a bit nervous.nnWalter, was the technician that took care of my oil change, topped off all my fluids, put air in my tires, and put in a new filter. Not only did Walter offer me a water but he had the most positive vibe and attitude. He was nothing but smiles and used the upmost southern charm.nnStephen (possibly misspelled and I apologize), took a moment to ask me how my experience was and swelled with pride when I told him about Walter's outstanding service.nnWith the fast service, easy going technicians, and the overall communication between each technician and the customers are just a few reasons I will be coming back for my oil changes and recommending others to do the same!

About a week ago I got there before they opened, so I could be first in line. Another person had the same idea. Jose was the only one working at the time. Not only did he start both our services before any other employees showed up, he did it without a single complaint nor bad mouth his coworkers. Jose’s hard work deserves recognition.
