The young lady that took my order was fantastic (I wish I could remember her name!), and the manager helped with a question we both had about my drink. However, there seemed to be a lot of mix ups with making drinks today so the wait was extensive. Still, I'm giving 4 stars because my drink is as good as it always is! Kudos to the Starbucks team on Skibo Rd! Keep busting it out y'all!

I absolutely enjoyed my food and beverage. My grievance is due to the length of time I waited to be served. The staff moved so casually in my opinion versus as swiftly as they could've to alleviate the length of time customers waited. I spent a total of 45 minutes in the Starbucks drive thru.nAs I mentioned, food was wonderful (sandwich was hot and fresh and my pink drink was fresh as well).

The energy in that store is so calm and Happy. They are very nice and helpful. The place always looks clean, especially the bathrooms. The people working there are very welcoming even though there's a pandemic going on. They know how to keep far contact between you and them even when giving you your change. And of course the drinks are always AMAZING ☺ufe0f.

Consistently waiting 20-30 minutes for a mobile order single drink that usually doesn’t come out as ordered. When you pay this much for a coffee, there are expected standards. This place definitely does not live up to Starbucks standards.

Everytime I go to this location the staff are so friendly & nice! Very helpful as well! That's so refreshing to see especially in this town! Keep it up guys! Yes, your coffees are great tooud83dude09
