Starbucks is just yummy!
Starbucks is Starbucks, we all know what to expect. The difference maker are the baristas and how well they perform. They did exceptionally well at this location...
I keep having to remove stars from my reviews for this location. The staff becomes less friendly and the service becomes more poor every time I visit. It took 20 minutes to get a cold brew coffee and a cookie. They prioritized drive-thru and online orders before customers standing in the lobby. There were 10ish online orders sitting on the counter waiting for someone to pick them up and a lobby full of customers still waiting for their beverages. When I approached the manager about it, all I got was a ton of excuses and another 5-minute wait to get my drink. I may just have to drive the extra 5 minutes to the other Starbucks location if they don't improve their service and drop some of the attitude.
Got my order out quickly. I would drop them to four because they did not have any bakery items, but they gave me refund on the spot instead of calling corporate.
