It was terrible. I placed my order at 6:13am was told to pull into parking spot #1 because the gravy had to be warm up. I didn't get my order until 6:23am and the young lady that brought it out to me was not friendly at all. No apology for it taken so long. Please if you are going to work dealing with the public, please be at least friendly. I can and will take my money somewhere else.
Makes no sense. Ordered on the app. Came to the restaurant only to be turned away because they were cleaning right now. What could you possibly be cleaning that you can't honor orders placed through your app! I work in a restaurant and this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! There is nothing to be cleaning that would prevent orders being taken, especially not orders placed remotely. Worst lie ever!
Terrible customer service the girl answered with an attitude & hung up immediately when I described the issue with my order.
Whole store doesn’t know how to accept mobile orders. Shouldn’t be paying managers $10-$15 if they can’t even properly work their store.
Had problems with mobile order. Gentleman at the counter was pretty rude, though he did match the app price after asked... Food was good
