Their sanitation grade is A '100' and that definitely reflects their cleanliness, Professionalism and great customer service! I am 100% satisfied with this Starbucks and you will be too.
Always a pleasant experience when I go to Starbucks. My coffee was not hot, on my last visit. Asked barista if they could heat it up. They made me a whole new cup of coffee instead and apologized. That is good customer service, to me. Nice, relaxing atmosphere.
The customer service at this location is amazing. My coffee is always perfect and the staff are so friendly however the parking lot access is horrid. If you dont want to wait in the crazy long lines at the drive thru than you'll need to park somewhere adjacent to the building. I have no clue what they were thinking when this parking lot was paved because it just is not functional. Good thing the staff is on point, if not it wouldn't be worth the hassle.
The line is always ridiculously long but they're usually pretty quick. The service is always wonderful and my drink is always delicious!
Coffee was great as always...but mini scones under baked... flavor good
