Improvement from the last time
I was asked to move to number one and wait. After waiting several minutes a worker came and ask me and several other cars for our receipt. About five minutes later a worker comes out with several bags and reads me my order off the receipt. I take my bag and pull off only to realize I'm still missing items out of my order.
I'm not one to write a bad review but I thought it should be said. When ordering food they're pretty quick but the last few times I've gone here and just ordered a frappe I had to wait a while. Usually I wouldn't mind but today I waited 30 minutes just for a large caramel frappe. I ordered at 4:50, paid, pulled up to the second window and was asked to pull forward. I watched the entire drive thru line empty out from behind me and someone finally came out to ask what I ordered. I waited an additional 10 minutes and a different person came out to ask me what I ordered. 5 minutes later I had I finally got my drink, looked at the time and it was 5:20.
This McDonald's makes a case against paying anyone $15 minimum wage, that's for sure. There is no reason someone should come to a restaurant and not get their order. Ordered four meals (two nugget meals and two burger meals) and we had no burgers in the bags. Partly on us for not checking the bags, but you kind of expect to get what you order. That's pretty much half the food not included in the total order. Basically my wife and I had just fries. Was not worth a return trip to correct the issue, and we have to wonder how to justify driving all the way back or cold food anyway.
