I can’t remember the name of the employee who made my order (wrong), but she was the rudest, most unpleasant person I’ve met. She clearly has no idea of proper dosage, mixing or has any skill as a barista. The job is fairly simple, you should be trained on what to do and then, simply follow the lines of the coffe cup. Anyway, the coffe wasn’t even the biggest problem, it was the fact that when I told her she made something I didn’t order she got mad at me when technically I am the one who was supposed to be bothered for paying for something I haven’t ordered. Always huffing and puffing while she works, rude to her coworkers and to the customers. I always avoid going in there if she’s working because she’s just terrible.
Love this Starbucks. Rarely a wait and the employees are courteous and quick. They are abide by NC's mask regulations.
The barista Theresa (I’m pretty sure that’s her name) always gets orders wrongs and gets an attitude when you correct her. Everyone else is great though.
Coffee - it's Starbucks. Highest possible would be 3 stars.nnService - They are friendly until you have a question they can't answer, at which point they are defensive and unhelpful.nnI do not recommend. I go out of my way to visit other Starbucks locations on Ft Bragg.
Love this store! The girls that run the drive through sometimes have always been super sweet and polite.
