Best Shop I have ever had the pleasure to do business with! Work is always done in a timely fashion and never charged over quoted price or hours to perform job. All the guys at the shop are respectful and friendly and always try to help get me up and running! Will not go anywhere else for my mechanic needs or wants. Hands down the best service repair shop around!

This shop truly cares about their customers and will do what it takes to get your vehicle back up and running. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, as are the other guys. They try to work with you as best they can, and they also charge less per labor hour than any other shop in town. Anything you need done, they can do it. I trust them with my vehicles completely.

I'm not going to say anything negative, I just wouldn't recommend this shop

Pros:nn- The shop only charges $65 per labor hour.n- Dane (One of the two brother owners) is a nice guy and you can usually negotiate on the number of labor hours if you're getting multiple services or repairs.nnNeutral:nn- They get parts at cost then mark them up 10%. You can usually get them for the same price or cheaper on Amazon (including tires) so make sure you have them give you the price for parts then see if you can get them cheaper and have them install them (which can save you money).nnCon:nn- One of the full time mechanics Jeff always tries to add labor hours. For example, I asked how many labor hours to replace a timing belt and water pump. He quoted 3 labor hours but it only takes 2 lab hours at most since you need to remove the timing belt to replace the water pump. I spoke to Dane (one of the two owners) and he agreed to it only taking 2 hours.nn- I've asked one of their mechanics Jeff in person to please have Dane contact me regarding ordering a very important part for the shop to install, three seperate times in two weeks but he has yet to contact me. This is very unprofessional but I don't know if it's due to either Jeff or Dane.nnOverall I'm not satisfied with the service or prices at O'Donovan's but you get what you pay for so I suppose I can't complain too much.

Well... I don’t want to tell y’all how great this little shop is because then everyone will want to go. I have had o’donavans do work on both my Jeep and truck, only mechanics I will trust in this area not to blow up my engine (yes I actually had one do it and blame it on me). Dane, Jeff and Chucky are great, they are honest and most importantly do it right! They have quoted me several times and I ended up paying less after it was all said and done!
