We take our cars to Howard Automotive for inspections, oil changes, tires, and other repairs big and small. These are local people that we trust. They seek to fix our cars not upsell us with services we don't really need.

Brought in a tire for repair. Immediately told they would not make a phone call to my tire insurance plan for approval of a repair. I agreed to pay for the repair out of pocket as I was pressed for time. After determining that the tire could not be repaired would not put the tire back on the back of my Jeep without charging me a fee. Won’t be back, zero attempts at any sort of customer service.
