Took my boat, motor has not work since last year, John the owner and his team found the issue they got it corrected, extremely fast and very professional. This is the only place I will only take my motor to in the future, John runs a great down to earth business with fair prices. I suggest you try him before you try anyone else, he will do everything he can to fix the issue before he has to order parts, unlike other places where it’s easy for them to just order new parts and be done with the job. John cares about his customers, just not the bottom line!

My father bought a NEW four wheeler for my daughter for Christmas. It never stayed cranked, she hasn't even rode it, so he took it back to get help and they have yet to fix the problem. This isn't a business, its a joke!

BEWARE ! My ordeal started on June 2nd and didn't get resolved until August 25th. That's days short of 3 full months. Three. Full. Months. 90 days! Practically the ENTIRE SUMMER. I asked for a new battery and to check the terminal connections. 3 months later I pick-up the bike with a $349.27 bill. Most of the charge was work they previously did back in November before I put the bike up for the Winter. Of course I didn't pay them for the work they did not ask to do. When I went to start the bike to leave their shop, it DID NOT START. The mechanic came out and tested the battery and noticed a drain on it. The very first call once they started working on my bike said that the battery wasn't holding a charge. I knew that! Thus a new battery. But the thing that gets me is that after they put the new battery in, and let it sit for a day or two, why didn't they try to re-start the bike. Maybe then they would have noticed there was a drain on the battery from somewhere and they could have determined from where and fixed it. Now, after riding the bike once since I got it home, I had to pull the battery to trickle it and now go to another shop to determine what's causing the drain on the battery. Oh, when I mentioned to John I was not going to pay for any of the work (duplicate work) they did without notifying or asking me about, he said I could never bring my bike back there. He said it wasn't worth doing future business with me. Oh well. On to bigger and BETTER places. Thanks, John

If I could give no stars I would. Neil was very nice. And that’s all I positively have to say about the shop my four wheeler left in worse shape than when I dropped it off they cut my gas line and they charged me for basically nothing because they didn’t even fix my four wheeler. Definitely won’t be going back.

Recently purchased two 4-wheelers from Ultra Power Sports. They were taken back because they wouldn’t start after sitting overnight. Owner suggested they go ahead and change out the ‘break-in’ oil for both even though both 4 wheelers combined had maybe 4 hours on them ($80 charge). Got them back home and they wouldn’t start for a 2nd time. Thought maybe there was something draining the batteries so we bought a $90 lithium battery. Still wouldn’t hold a charge. When we went back to pick them up from him they had taken the $90 lithium battery out and replaced it with a cheap battery. Husband texted the owner to ask where the battery was. Owner never responded. So, after purchasing two four wheelers from him at original cost, we’ve spent another $400 with Ultra Power Sports plus $90 for the lithium battery which disappeared. BUYER BEWARE!
