Wonderful place for great service and great people. I have shopped with Joe and crew for years I have always gotten great prices and a go above and beyond attitude. They even refused to sell me a battery once because I honestly didn’t need it the problem was my ignition switch which they said could be my issue. So it was a no brainer where I was going when my 2013 escape started having cranking difficulties. Unfortunately for CJ and crew what should have been a 35 minute replacement turned into a several day ordeal when an electrical chip that is attached to the battery disintegrated upon attempted removal. My hats off to CJ, Joe and the entire staff they didn’t hesitate in ordering the parts from Ford and even offering to work late to get the SUV back going. These guys really go out of the way to take care of their customers.
