NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts of Locust

I used to rave about napa but over the past year they have gone down hill..this one here doesn't even both to call you if they don't have part in stock then tell you they won't have it until Monday...I was charge 50.90 on my bank account but when I order it online it shows 45.10..this makes the 2nd time they have done this to me and I get to fight for my money agian...I will never shop at napa from here on out...this isbwhy so many people just go to Amazon or partsgeek for parts now...napa is running them selfs out if business

Staff is friendly but parts are significantly overpriced. I can literally go to the corporately owned NAPA store in monroe and get most parts for 30-50% less than the privately owned Locust store is charging.

Don't bother going here for anything. Old dude isn't getting off his stool to help and if you ask questions, all he says is he's not a mechanic.

How hard is it to change your hours of operation here if you care about your customers???

Doesn't carry many products for detailing.
