New forklift driver. Slow to unload. Needs to work more efficiently. Previous forklift drivers unloaded very quickly, efficiently, and safely.

Called them to order a part for my fathers survice truck. Spoke with the sales rep and got a quote but when I tried to get in touch with him to order the part, i could not get him to return my calls or my emails. Had to call the manufacturer to get answers for my questions.
