Customer service during the pandemic has been awful everywhere but it is especially bad here. Don’t waste your time or money. Employees and management need to be upgraded.
We've eaten from this specific papa johns about 4 times now and everytime we have, the food has always been on point and fresh

Previously a decent place; however, last few times, delivery has been extremely late and pizza is delivered luke warm. When calling to share my concern, once 'manager' spoke with me, he seriously lacked professional customer service. He picked up phone and started, I've gone ahead and refunded your order... No apology, no inquiry of what the issue may be, only I've give ahead and refunded your order.nI was going to request a replacement. Individual lacks professional customer service-very very VERY unprofessional!!!!!nUnless this is your only option for delivery, I nolonger recommend this division of the Papa John's franchise.
The management is awful!!! Extremely rude!!Bad customer service!! They pick and choice when the want to deliver!! I don’t understand how they run they business!! How do they get to chose to be nice and deliver one night and not the other..
