Rhino Linings of Western N. Carolina

A very disappointing experience.nnI went to Rhino Linings of Western North Carolina to have my truck winch wired to my battery. After working with them twice before, I was hopeful that they would continue to provide good service.nnUnfortunately, that would not be the case. When I dropped my truck off at the agreed-upon time, I had declined a pretty lucrative work day to get this done. Unfortunately, nobody called to tell me that my truck has not been touched and I dropped it off at 8 AM. When I called them at 3:00 PM to check on it status and was informed that one of your techs was out sick and that they have not gotten my vehicle, but could do it the next morning.nnThis was frustrating, because if I had known by noon that my truck was not going to get done that day, I could have come and gotten it and still worked. I missed out on several hundred dollars because they couldn’t make a phone call, but I was willing to work with them to get it resolved.nnI was told how much the wiring job would cost if I brought it in the next morning, and I agreed. They applied a pretty significant discount as an apology which I appreciated, and told me what the job would cost. Unfortunately, when I showed up the next morning, the same desk attendant told me that it was going to be nearly triple what he told me (it was not a quote, it was a hard number) the day before and he blamed it on one of his technicians giving him a bad time estimate. So, instead of owning his mistake and charging me what he honestly should have charged me, the front desk attendant decided to pass the buck and charge me far more then he had told me it would cost the day before.nnI hope the extra money on this pretty small job was worth it to them, because now when I need tires, step rails on my truck, and a tool kit in the bed I will be going elsewhere. Stay away from these guys if you want transparency and good communication. Nice job costing yourselves a few grand in future work fellas...

I got my truck bed sprayed with rhino lining. I did some research online and the rhino lining is supposed to be about 3/16” to a 1/4 inch thick but I got just 1/16” of an inch layer and it’s already showing a bunch of scratches and chips after only 2 months from regular tools.. I need to take it in for repairs. If you want a bedliner I would strongly suggest not to get it here, plus they charge way too much for a bad product.

If you are looking for some truck upgrade. You need to check this place out. From spray in bedliner rims boxes bed covers lighting accessories. It's a good place to go check out
