Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I just wanted to take a minute and compliment the amazing staff here! Every time I drop in, they are super-professional and warm and of course, they do a great job, but there's something even more special about this shop. I have been to many auto repair shops in the area and, as a small woman who clearly is no auto expert, I have often experienced getting sized up, taken advantage of, and overcharged. You just get a creepy feeling. This place has NOTHING like that! The staff sees you as a person and not a dollar sign. It's really wonderful to enjoy respect and plain-dealing, and not feel fear when you go to get your car serviced. If you've experienced that creepy feeling too, try this shop next time! They do great work and I always leave with a smile. Thanks Hendersonville Road Valvoline staff! You're the best.

Courteous and efficient service both times I went. Visited them for a state inspection, and then a week later for an oil change. Had a different crew working each time, and I felt satisfied with each visit. Would return to their location for future car service.

Great first experience! Both service attendants were super nice, communicated all the information I needed. First time using a drive thru oil change place since I don't have the ability at the moment to do my own which I usually do. I will definitely use this service in the future.

I showed up like 20 minutes before close. Something I try to NEVER do!! They were cleaning up getting ready to leave and I was greeted with kindness and hospitality. Even got a couple of compliments on my car. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. I'll definitely use them again.

Staff members are always polite and considerate. If I have any question, they don’t have an issue explaining things to me. Their service is awesome and efficient! My time here is always well spent. I absolutely recommend this Valvoline location!
