Helpful staff... Help me take care of a battery issue... And to track down another local Napa that had another item I needed in stock for a faster procurement of needed parts

I am a local mechanic and I work on things from heavy diesel semi trucks down to regular vehicles. Last week I came in to warranty and alternator for a customer. As I entered the store I received a phone call which I took. I sat down on a bucket of oil out of the way and completed the phone call. When I went up to the counter I was met by incredibly rude older gentleman who told me next time I should keep my phone calls of their store. This will be the first and last time I ever deal with this company. I was the only customer in the store at the time I was not causing any problems nor was the nature of my conversation on the phone anything that would’ve disrupted anyone. Needless to say I also needed for Commercial batteries I walked next-door and spent my money with Advance Autoparts.

These guys are crooks. They won't warranty a battery that is a napa battery. It's a 2017 battery . The battery has a three year warranty and they refused .. good job NAPA Taking such good care of your customers. I will go to Autozone from now on.
