My sister and I were traveling from South Carolina to Idaho, we got to North Carolina and noticed that we were leaking oil filled it at a gas station stayed the night and called them first thing in the morning, they fit us in and we’re extremely helpful, humble and concerned for our safety... I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling through and or live in the area.. Brent and Woods we truly appreciate your kind and humbleness you guys treating us like we were your family.. I would love to give you more then 5 stars as you deserve more.. keep up the good work!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received by Brent and everyone! The service, the price, and the exhaust work done on my vehicle we’re all excellent. My check engine light was on in my 2003 Toyota Tundra. I got an outrageous estimate from another garage that only checked the electronic diagnostics, they did not even look under the truck. So I read online reviews of other shops and chose the Meineke shop.nThe folks at this shop were super nice, honest, and fair. They examined the situation, explained it to me, and told me that cutting and welding needed to be done. The price they quoted for the repair was half of the previous estimate I received. During the repair, the mechanic (whose name I forget) came out and showed me a photo of some additional corrosion that needed to be dealt with. I agreed. The good news was that he was able patch and fabricate some pieces which saved me lots of money.nI will continue to bring my vehicle to this Meineke shop for all of my vehicular service. Thanks guys!

Very welcoming and helpful with getting your car serviced. The best at what they do. Great personalities and humor .. highly recommended ! If I could add 5 more stars it would be there!

These guys always go above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle! Brent does an awesome job at organizing the chaos and always does everything he can to accommodate my needs. The whole crew, especially Joe, do an awesome job in a timely manner and relay any information I need to know about the state of my car. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their high level of service and I will continue bring my business to them!

Every visit to this location has been pleasant. I have been professionally greeted and engaged in conversation every time. The team is consistently professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. I have never been approached with surprise issues or pricing. This location has a quality group of people in it's employ. Customer service and common courtesy are not completely phased out.
