LITERALLY EVERY TIME I come to this starbucks I get the same thing I always get (a peppermint WHITE mocha) and EVERY TIME they give me a chocolate mocha not white. I do not like the chocolate mochas but i don’t have time on my way to work to sit in the line all over again. i don’t ever write bad reviews but this is the third time it’s a happened and i can’t imagine it’s the same person every time. i just find it a little ridiculous that i pay $6 for a a cup of coffee i didn’t order.
Finally back from being trapped overseas to a nice place with great customer service to go alone with great coffee. Maggie was extremely helpful and taught me how to use the app better to preorder. The young lady that brought me out the coffee with a big smile made me think that there is still hope for America! Great experience....I'll be back!
Long shoals rd. Orderd a venti hot chocolate at drive through. Received a granda. Told girl at drive through that i ordered a venti she said i heard grandaand blew me off. But I was charged for a venti. ud83dude21
3 people in line inside...took 25 minutes to get 1 drink. Lady in front of me asked for her money back.
