10/10 Recommend Dawghouse storage! Chris was very helpful during my time at Dawghouse. I needed a storage unit for only a month and Chris let me pick out my dates to start my month long lease. He also gave me his number so I could text with any questions. He always emailed/ texted back within 24 hours and had great communication skills! If I ever need a storage unit again, I will be using Dawghouse!
Business rarely answers phone at business. He should have phone forwarded to personal phone and at least answer during business hours. Phone calls are not normally returned either. Very difficult to understand the move out procedure and stopping payment since you can not communicate. It is stated to sweep out which is easily accomplished.. We were able to pause payment online but left message notifying we had moved out. Still awaiting a return call.
I don't usually write reviews but I have to commend this place because they really are out to help their customers and make things very simple while not trying to take your money with fees and they don't charge a deposit either. I see why they won Best Storage Facility and would definitely recommend calling Chris or renting online - they're both quick and easy. Kudos!
Dawg House is definitely the best mini storage I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with plenty. They even won BEST STORAGE place in Sville. No deposit to rent and they don't charge late fees unless you're very late. They even let me stay in the unit for a few extra days with no charge. Don't waste your time with anyone else.
Was looking for somewhere affordable and nice to keep my stuff over the summer without a long term lease and Dawg House was the best option in Starkville! You can rent by the month and that’s big for college students!
