Equipment is separated in large rooms which grants a good amount of privacy. There is a large selection of both weight training and cardio equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy or forward. Overall, excellent gym.
This is by far the best gym in town as far as cleanliness, vibe, and machine selection. Only gripe is the lax mask rules.
Great locally owned facility with all the amenities any gym should have plus more. Friendly staff too.

In my opinion, this is the best gym in Starkville. I personally like the old school gym feel and this place delivers. Please don't mistake that for not having the new gym feel where it counts. You have free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stairs, different classes at scheduled times, a fitness assessment for members, showers, lockers, 24 hour access...basically everything you could ever ask for. Staff are nothing but friendly and will help with anything you may need. If I could give more than 5 stars I would
