Great gym with tons of options. Any free weights or machine you could want. Decent size facility that can accommodate a novice up to advanced workout. They offer training services as well (at a cost).
Most abundant, high quality equipment and upkeep that I've seen in a gym in this area. Cannot beat it. The price is also very good, with lots of benefits and value for every tier.nnThe only critique is that they need to roll their sign-up and other fees into the monthly cost or remove the extra charges all together. People will find the membership wildly more tempting if the first two months didn't have a $40 or so extra charge. It's unnecessary and disincentivizes snap membership decisions, increasing the friction of getting a membership harms those who have less motivation to go, these are the people who need to go the most. Having said that, I have to say that the gym is so high quality that I don't so much care, I only mention it as a matter of principal.
Impressive facility, helpful and friendly staff, the price its unbeatable. An entire family can work out for what my old club Anytime Fitness would charge for just myself to work out. So far I'm very pleased with my membership here.
Club has continued to serve the Starkville community in a safe and healthy environment throughout this pandemic while still allowing for workouts.
