Terrible bank and careless staff. Only positive side is they're open on weekends. Staff doesn't care about customers at all. My account was set so I could not overdraft yet it has overdraft 3 times. I've been with them for 3years out of convenience of the location and I just closed my account due to the service. Citizen Bank is so much better. I love the staff and they care about their customers.
Great bank!! They are definitely more customer oriented than profit oriented. They have great policies regarding deposited and withdrawals and don’t cut you off in the middle of the day like most other banks in the area.
They have always been great with me. Always answered any questions I had, etc.
If you are gonna close put the sign up... If hours have changed be nice to let people know
I have my business account and two others I always have excellent costumer service
