Update April 2021nContacted Customer Service using their Contact Us on their website using email option.nPrompt response.nThe 2018 sofa/console/Theater seating 850-78P has exceeded expectations. It has held up to the heavy use my family inflects on it without any measurable loss of operation or cosmetic damage.nThe only issue was the power cord needed to be replaced and Southern Motion sent my replacement quickly and only asked if I would send back the defective power cord. They supplied a prepaid shipping label for the return of the power cord.nBottom line Outstanding Customer Service.nnI purchased high quality theater seating console sofa from Southern Motion to replace the low end furniture that is standard for most recreational vehicles (Pull behind trailers, 5th Wheels, and Motor Coaches), we have a Fifth Wheel recreational vehicle. The design we selected was the fully powered console sofa W/PWR HR plus 276-17 Savvy Latte. My wife selected the type and color of fabric she wanted to blend in with the decor of the trailer. Southern Motion worked closely with us to ensure we selected the design, size, fabric/color, and functionality to meet our requirements.nWe had the opportunity to pick up the console sofa at the factory in 195 Henry Southern Dr Pontotoc MS just off highway 278. We found the factory was easy access from the highway and the loading dock area was very organized and plenty of maneuver space for our large 5th wheel trailer. When we arrived the console sofa was waiting for us on the loading dock with the supervisor there to meet us. The console sofa was unwrapped from its protective covering and inspected by us in detail. It was perfect in every detail without any discrepancies.nThe best part of the whole experience was how the Southern Motion’s supervisor had his production technicians disassemble the console sofa on the loading dock and then reassemble the sofa inside my 5th wheel trailer in the exact location it needed to go. I had expected that this would be my task and I came prepared with the tools for this detailed disassembly and reassemble process. To my surprise they took on the task without a hesitation, taking great care not to cause any damage to my new trailer during the assembly process.nWe have spent 65 days camping in the trailer since the installation of our Southern Motion console sofa and we could not be any more pleased with the comfort, durability, ease of cleaning stains to include grease, and the individual power multi – positioning of the two chairs that make up the whole console sofa.nSouthern Motion a furniture company that lives up to producing quality products and outstanding customer service. I bought a high leg recliner southern motion from b f myers in Goodlettsville tn on Aug 23 2017 the arms cushions r padding has separated from the armas its down to wood i personally think it should be cover from southern motion i paid for warranty they say its wear and tear they gave me 50 dollars it hurts my elbows now very disgusted with it no oler chair is it shouldn't done that im trying to find phone number for customer service thanks maybe someone can help

Discovered this manufacturer at a local furniture store. Not being an impulse buyer, I decided to shop the products online. Not only was the manufacturers product line completely absent from the local dealer, the dealer was not even listed as a dealer of their products at all. When I tried via SM website to find other dealers, not a single dealer listed showed SM on their respective websites. When I inquired as to this anomaly directly with SM, I got a nasty response. It appears that I’ve figured out their business model: show the furniture in stores with pushy salesman and give consumers no way to research. Maybe impulse buyers would go for this, but not me. No thanks.

Worst furniture I have ever purchased. Love seat with recliners broke within 6 months. Week frames and cheap lumber. We are not big people and we do not have children. They do not stand behind the warranty !! Would definitely not recommend this line of furniture. Oh and customer service said I had the wrong number?

Bought a leather sectional and 0 gravity chair. Right off the bat, the lumbar support in the chair would not stay inflated. Service Tech came out to inspect it and found the bladder was bad and the motor was bad. He said it definitely was not a brand new chair and he sees this alot with So. Motion furniture.nThe corner seat part of the sectional was about 2 inches lowe than the other parts. In less than 2 months, the Tech has been out 3 times. Thankfully our retail store has been more than helpful in getting these issues resolved. For the money we paid, I expected more. Very disappointed in the quality of the furniture.
