Friendliest customer service hands down. Charlotte is very easy to get along with and knows what she is doing, This is actually our second time to rent with the StorageMax Tupelo Cliff Gookin location. If we ever need to rent again after this time, I am pretty sure we will once again use this location. Great job! ~Kelly Clark
Charlotte at Storage Max was so helpful and so nice! The facility was very clean and felt very safe. One of the movers made a comment and said that they had never seen a storage facility offer so much help. Highly recommend this storage facility.
They have drive in units that protect you from the elements when loading and unloading. The entire facility is spotless - so much better than other storage facilities. Charlotte was amazing and answered all my questions. Very good customer service!
Charlotte was very nice helpful and professional. I was on an tight time constraint and StorageMax was a one-stop-shop for boxes, tape and most importantly a moving truck. I didn't have to run all over Tupelo, everything I needed was there.
Charlotte provided me with great customer service! The grounds are well kept and very clean. Highly recommend to anyone needing a storage!
