Even though the drive thru speaker was broken the lady working the window was super friendly, and had a smile the entire time. She was knowledgeable and respectful. To be honest i steer clear of fried chicken places due to food poisoning years ago. But here the reignited my belief in fried chicken. Keep it up guys

Something is always wrong.. Either order is wrong or your waiting forever... Check your bag and receipt before u leave!! Food is great though

Floor was dangerously slippery. That it was raining is irrelevant. Obviously soap residue was left on floor from poor mopping practices. Manager blamed my New Balance walking shoes. There are slip resistance floor cleaners for commercial floors now. Unsafe and no excuse for it.
