Was a great fun friendly place me and my family enjoyed ourselves

I called this store to place an order over the phone for a pizza, but the lady on the phone said they don’t do over the phone orders and I would need to place it online. Since when? Anyway, I did it and drove over to pick it up. Online it said my order would be ready at 4:15. I make it around 4:11. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet me. The cashier, Selena, was talking to a group of people by the “gift” area, instead of a “Hey mam, I’ll be with you in one moment” she just looked and continued to doodle with some toy while talking to the other guests. When she finally walks over, I get a “Yes?” I let her know I’d ordered online and she says “Okay we won’t make it until you pay for it” Umm, that’s very much why I’m standing at your register with my wallet in my hand lady. While paying I asked her how long would it be before my order would be ready since she didn’t have the decency to tell me, and the first time she flat out ignored me. I asked again and her response was “what?” finally after my THIRD time asking she tells me about 8 mins. For this to be a place for “kids” your staff sucks at customer service! If you don’t want to work, just stay at home. I hate I spent my money at this location, but I will NEVER do it again.

Always fun for the kids, but a little pricey. Some of the machines are in disrepair but overall a good experience.
