No issues, truck was there Mr Keys was there just like he said he would be was even early, had everything on the truck and even came up with a Applaince dolly for me that I didn’t reserve. The man was straight up and even called me the day before Christmas to let me know the truck was there just like he said he would and even said he could arrange for a Christmas pick up if I needed it.The Truck was great it rain good I wish U-Haul would put some type of running boards on the truck because it’s a tall and makes it a little hard to get in and out, but overall no issues!! I would rent U-Haul again and I would use keys in greenwood for sure,
I would never try to pick up anything here again. Internet said they opened at 8:30. I booked a trailer online. Got there at 830 & no one there. Called the local number and got owner he said he didnt open till 9:30 no matter what the internet said. My booking started I could pick up my trailer at 9. The owner told me he would send someone on up there and at 9:35 still a no show. I left and went to winona and had no problems there. Out in 15 min.
