I came for a drop in while I was in town. The environment is very communal and everyone was helpful dueing the workout. Matt, the owner, made sure to be there so I could get in for the 5:30 am class. He was very friendly and accommodating with my schedule since I'll be in and out of town over the next few months. I'll definitely be back when I have the opportunity.
We are all best friends here, so if you want some instant best friends and to also get fit, come here. The coaches go out of their way to help you reach your fitness goals and to make you feel like you belong here with everyone else who have similar goals as you. Becoming a member at CFG will be the best choice you can make for your life!
Nice and clean. Highly recommend. They offer many different things here. We especially love Taekwondo with Mr. and Mrs. Haddon.
