Starbucks

The woman that was the cashier was terrible, she even rolled her eyes at me because I didn't know the name of the drink. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the lady who prepared my drink was okay and the drink was great. Starbucks should get better employees.

I never complain ever but my cold brew was disgusting, tasted like it was very old and dirty. When I asked for them to possibly remake it, I was looked at crazy and told “we’re out of cold brew.” So I’m not sure what was even served to me, but it was truly gross and Im hoping it doesn’t make me sick. Also upset that I wasn’t offered a better drink, especially since it’s so expensive. I didn’t argue though because I understand they’re busy, but because of the drink and the way I was treated I wont be having Starbucks for a while.

Went in an hour before close and we were told we couldn't get any coffee because everything was already thrown away and cleaned. The lady was very rude about it complaining that they're closing soon. I worked for Starbucks for year and I know you shouldn't be throwing away product or shutting down the espresso machine until you actually closed. Customers would always come to my store and complain to me about how bad country mart starbucks are well now I understand. No wonder country mart Starbucks always has a bad reputation.

Love this place. We go to the one inside our Country Mart and the girls are very nice and the one girl is always there because she needs help and they need to hire a extra person or 2 for her. The mocha my daughter loves and I tried a shot with sweet cream on it. Delicious

I LOVED this place, until yesterday (Sunday 1/2/21) I had the unfortunate service from Miss CiCi. It was Absolutely abysmal. Noon comes around and as we walk in to the store were walking up to the counter about to order and the barista told us personally she’d be right back to take our order then ran out for a quick break. Keep in mind I had to be at work shortly so this “short” 10 minute break was pushing my time frame on getting to work. None the less I didn’t say anything allowing her a poorly timed smoke break and we waited for her to come back. When she did return we headed back to the counter and a “regular of hers” shoves up in-front of us and orders 4 different types of drinks. Without question she made his drinks first after telling us personally she’d be back to OUR ORDERS. Then after waiting for 25minutes we finally order to find that they are out of the venti cups. She says she can use Trenti as a substitute then charged us the full amount for the trenti cup. When I finally got to work it was 12:35 and I was late due to the 25 minute debacle. I usually leave more then enough for a tip and I didn’t even bother. I will be coming in further to speak to management who I know well about the quality of service given by CiCi and the total unprofessional that was served. I’m usually I nice person and I don’t complain about services because I’ve worked in all kinds but you could very obviously tell she was not in her right state of mind, shaking and all over the place. I’m just very disappointed and most likely will be taking my service to the full Starbucks on main st. In Branson.
