This is a hidden gem just about a quarter of a mile from Hwy 65 across from the Big Cedar entrance sign. It's a great place for breakfast and small groups. Great and fun place that has country cafe decor and feel. The owners are friendly, attentive, and really enjoy what they do. The food was fresh and the portions were larger than expected. The pancakes have a wonderful flavor and are larger than a large plate. Bacon is thick and cooked well. We enjoyed the atmosphere too! I really enjoyed the hash browns loaded with veggies, meat and covered with gravy.

Best pancakes and bacon I’ve had in a LONG time! Great service and clean facilities. Highly recommend!

Food was lackluster for the price. They proudly display flags that supported owning people.nnProudly displaying this many flags is not just innocent remembrances of benign history.. The owners proudly displaying these flags doesn’t teach anyone anything, they purposefully celebrate the history of terror certain people went through during these flags time.

I would say, go for breakfast, not the dinner plates. The pork loin was all breading and overcooked. The smoked chicken breast was dry and lacking salt. I guess they don't brine before they smoke? Sadly, the Texas Toast was the best part of the meal.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff was great. It was such a nice experience that reminded me of grandma's kitchen. These small mom and pop diners are the best places to eat and I love supporting good hard working American local businesses. Worth every penny!! We will be back
