Getting a hold of shipping companies is always rough, but this company was the best I have ever worked with to date. Very nice employees. Small company, give them props.
Asked delivery guy if I can inspect the packages and he went crazy. Said I am refusing delivery and started putting them back on truck. He called 911 when I tried to reason with him. He said I trying to steal my own packages. After 30 mins of calls with home office guy finally let me have packages with a cop supervising. Office was apologetic. Sucks my kids had to see that. Didn't know a delivery could be that horrible.
I was with my mother in law at Schnucks and ran across a young lady with a Zip Express dark hoodie on, Ibelieve her name was Teanna. Thank you for going out of your way to assist my mother in law into her vehicle while I loaded our groceries! People are always moving so fast and not paying attention, so thank you for going out of your way that day. I know she wasn't the politest (she's stubborn that way) but you helped with a smile! You touched our hearts and I just wanted to say thank you thank you! Hopefully this reaches you! -Tony M
This company wrongly shipped a 2000 pound package to me and is saying I need to keep it until they can find the paperwork that they lost. How professional is that? I would never use or recommend this company.
