Sad to see a once great store fall so low on service. Used to be awesome. Rude, rude, rude now. Asked to use the bathroom and was told they don't have one. Why lie? Just say it is not available. I was taken back and mentioned I didn't appreciate that and then walked out politely. Thought I would give it a shot and called back. When I got on the phone with the manager and starting talking to tell her how I was disappointed after being a customer for many years she hung up. I called back several times in case it just was an accidental disconnect. They did not answer. I looked online and there is no way to communicate to anyone through their website. Very sad.

Staff is friendly. And the products are great. We traveled from los lunas just to Shop there.

Hard not to buy more! I know what's going on my Christmas list this year

Excellent customer service, proper following of public health and safety guidelines, and a very clean and organized store. Plenty of options to choose from at great prices!

Kicked out for not wearing a mask and the owner threatened to call the police after barely making it maybe 3 feet past the door. I have a health condition that they refused to even consider so they can be sure that they will never have any business from myself or friends and family.
