Experience is horrible from Anastasia, told me my script was now 230.00 when I pay 35.00 same insurance. They would not help call my insurance and said sorry when I told them they would lose my business. Didn't care. When I went back after I left and called insurance people it was a fairly simple fix that could have been initiated at the pharmacy just by asking me to come in and helping me instead of filling out a reimbursement form and driving back to pharmacy. When I asked about better customer service they said they were busy.

The pharmacy lady that was there Tues the 30th was super patient even though she was very busy with covid test wrapped around the building her phone ringing and who knows what else she was dealing with. I have thanked her personally but she really is a Saint. I would love to have her patience ! Thanks young lady !

I seriously HATE coming to this CVS! The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Every time I’m trying to be friendly and I get treated like, “how dare you make me do my job?” I feel extremely unwelcome here and very uncomfortable. The price of an item was marked wrong or my receipt didn’t print...and I just accept it because the employees are so rude. Thankfully this is not my local CVS, because I would NEVER be shopping here.
